The minimum permitted age to order goods from this website is 18 years.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in EURO excl. of VAT and customs duty if delivered outside of EU. For customers inside the EU, Danish VAT of 25% will be added to the price shown. (the total price incl. VAT can be seen by clicking the button at the bottom of the page). Additional delivery costs is calculated based on the delivery country. Payment can be made securely using Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Maestro. All payments are subject to validation checks and where required, authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise, we have the right to cancel the order. In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to an error we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.
Availability
We aim to dispatch all items within 7 workings days of payment authorisation. However, there might be occasional delays in which case you will be notified regarding the delivery date by email. Some items are not kept on stock, but these are clearly marked on our web site. Delivery time will have to be informed from order to order for these items. Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods that are beyond our reasonable control.
Lost or damaged goods
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, please notify the courier ON DELIVERY and advise J. Orbesen Teknik ApS within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the items are currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that the goods have been received in perfect condition and working order. We will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Returns procedure
Any product are entitled to a 14 days money back guarantee if returned unused and undamaged. Prior to any return you should obtain a return identification code by posting an email to sales@greenhouse-vent-opener including information on invoice number and products you want to return. After reception of a return identification code you then have a further 14 days to return the product at your own expense. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed. Goods returned without any return identification code will not be accepted.
Product guarantees
All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee. If your product should fail within this period, please contact our product support team. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Data protection statement
This website does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this web site, except where you voluntarily choose to provide personal details, such as using our shopping facility, or by enquiring about or ordering any of our services. In these latter cases, the personal information supplied is used exclusively by J. Orbesen Teknik ApS for providing current and future information about our products or any services described on this web site.
